⚠️ Case Report: Documented Deficiencies and Credit Risk
This report has been prepared by EuroClaims Recovery Intl., an independent entity commissioned to evaluate the work of Stephan Pohl S.L. (also operating as "POHL SERVICE GROUP") and "Inove Ecoenergía S.L." (represented by David Calvente). In light of the documented defects, excessive costs, and other issues detailed in this report, EuroClaims Recovery Intl. strongly recommends against contracting the services of these companies.
Despite multiple documented attempts to reach an amicable settlement with both companies, no willingness to resolve the issues was shown. According to statements made during these discussions, the client was told they could take the matter to court, but that such action would “fail anyway” and “take years in Spain.”
All allegations in this report are supported by verifiable evidence and will be presented in court. The client looks forward to the opportunity to prove each point in legal proceedings and to seek full compensation for the damages suffered. Unfortunately, cases in the Estepona court are known to take a long time to be resolved.
The full documentation has also been provided to a Spanish journalist who will be observing the court proceedings and reporting on the case as part of a broader feature on common issues with builders in Spain.
🔍 The purpose of this publication is to make such defects visible and to help protect other customers from similar experiences.
Our investigation reveals serious and documented issues in every phase of construction:
- Excessive prices paired with workmanship that failed to meet basic technical standards (Proof: written offer, architect’s report)
- Instances of non-compliance with safety regulations and deviation from architectural instructions (Proof: inspection reports, witness statements)
- Lack of evidence for proper tax compliance and certain legal documentation, which according to the client led to fines and issues with the townhall (Proof: client correspondence, municipal notices)
- Missed deadlines, absence of effective project management, and substantial budget overruns (Proof: contract timelines, cost reports)
- Requirement of large prepayments, with significant portions of the contracted work remaining incomplete (Proof: payment records, progress documentation)
Although they advertise with “German quality,” our findings, based on documented evidence, indicate faulty planning, misleading advice, inadequate supervision, and defective execution.
According to our research, the entity known as "POHL SERVICE GROUP" is operated solely by Stephan Pohl; we found no evidence of a permanent office, financial solvency, or formal qualification as a licensed builder (Proof: commercial registry extract, credit reports).
According to the October 2024 financial report by Axesor, Stephan Pohl S.L. has a credit score of only 5/10 and a recommended maximum credit exposure of €2,000. The company has not filed annual accounts since 2021, contrary to legal transparency requirements.
All of the above is supported by verifiable and documented evidence, shown below in detail.
As evidence, we present some selected examples here — with full documentation further below:
- A €70,000 HVAC design by David Calvente that, according to technical analysis, failed to meet basic industry standards
- Photographs showing sewage pipes installed in a manner inconsistent with applicable building codes by Stephan Pohl
- Waterproofing sold at premium pricing that, according to inspection reports, failed and caused structural damage
"Apparently, Stephan Pohl prefers the shit flowing in."
⚠️ Conclusion: The documented evidence in this report shows that these companies have charged excessive prices, delivered substandard work, and repeatedly failed to meet their contractual obligations. Their conduct demonstrates a pattern of incompetence and unreliability. All findings are documented in detail below.

Case Summary
This page presents a documented claim managed by EuroClaims Recovery Intl. concerning a construction case in Marbella, Spain.
Warning: Based on verifiable evidence collected during our investigation, we strongly advise against engaging the companies Stephan Pohl S.L. and Inove Ecoenergía S.L. Company Investigation & Facts
According to the October 2024 Axesor financial report, Stephan Pohl S.L. (“POHL SERVICE GROUP”) had only one registered employee during the reporting period. Given that Mr. Stephan Pohl is the sole owner and administrator, this suggests he may have been the only staff member at that time. .
There is a discrepancy between the listed address (“Calle Cuba 107, 29680 Estepona”) and the location where official correspondence was returned, with the actual delivery address being “Urb. Valle Romano, C/Cuba 36, 29680 Estepona” (see documentary proof below). This is a breach of Spanish commercial regulations. The registered address appears to be a private residence (see photo evidence below)
According to the supervising architect, the company did not hold the mandatory Registro de Empresas Acreditadas (REA) during the works, which led to a work stoppage of over six months.
The company has not filed annual accounts since 2021, contrary to legal transparency requirements (see financial report below). These issues may constitute breaches of Spanish commercial and construction regulations.
